2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
The service delivered does not match the agreed-upon scope outlined in the project proposal or contract.
The service was not provided due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Services already rendered and approved by the client.
Changes in project scope or requirements after work has begun.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
4. Digital Marketing Services
Due to the nature of digital marketing (e.g., ad spend, campaign setup), refunds are not available for services already rendered. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues and optimize ongoing campaigns.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a project, notify us in writing.
You will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the cancellation date.
Any prepaid amounts for unused services will be refunded within 10 business days.
